This Saturday, once again blessed by gorgeous Tuscan sunshine, we took a trip up to the beautiful hilltop town of Fiesole - on foot!! Passing through quaint little villages, rolling green fields and cool forests, admiring the houses of the rich and famous, we walked eight miles up hill to Fiesole where we had a well-earned leisurely lunch while taking in some breathtaking views of Florence nestled in the valley below.
