Hard to believe it is Thursday already... Various students have decided its time to take advantage of a "free" Friday and take in a long weekend. Interlaken (Switzerland) and Nice (France) appear to be the favourite destinations. There are also 40 students coming with AIFS to Verona and Venice, fingers crossed it stops raining...
On Tuesday 30 students went to the Opera to see La Boheme, they all appreciated the explanation beforehand. Last night we had another 30 students come with us to a famous Florentine Restaurant, Il Latini for a group meal of numerous courses...
Prosciutto, Bruschetta, Fagioli, Ribollita, a selection of Pastas, Soups, along with mixed meats with vegetables, a mixture of desserts, finishing off with Vin Santo and Biscotti. A good time was had by all!
